The Master of Professional Studies (MPS) is an interdisciplinary graduate degree program designed for working professionals who wish to earn a graduate degree in their area of expertise and excel in their careers.
The 30-hour MPS program combines the social sciences and the professions, and is offered completely online and available 24/7. The program culminates with a professional project which is designed in cooperation with the program director, and is typically related to the student’s professional work.

Each MPS program consists of 12 hours of core requirements, 15 hours related directly to your chosen concentration, and the 3 hour culminating project. Currently, there are five concentrations:

The Master of Professional Studies with a Training and Development Concentration is a 30-credit, computer-based program suits working post-grads who are interested in advancing their career with a degree.
